Our goal has always been simple: help as many people as possible. That means offering efficient, results-driven workouts, real coaching, and a community that genuinely cares about your success, inside and outside the gym.

WHO I AM & MY BACKGROUND

Coach Trevor Koonce is the owner of ROCC Fitness.
Coach Trev Specializes in Functional Training, Strength Training and Fat Loss. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach and has been an integral part of making transformations in the Greensboro area and Online.
As a Fitness Coach, Trevor believes that your health should always be priority. He believes that everyone has the ability to live a healthier lifestyle as long as you’re willing to fight through the various challenges and obstacles, and this is why Coach Trev adopted the saying “R.O.C.C.” which stands for Rising Over Challenging Circumstances.
Trevor takes his own intensity and determination and embeds it into his clients and their work ethic. Being a family man, he understands that at times it may get tough but that’s when you push the hardest. Trevor has overcome various challenging obstacles throughout life, so he knows what it feels like to have nobody in his corner, where you feel like you aren’t capable of reaching your true success, but with hard work and determination he was able to put his past behind him and grow a brighter and healthier future.
With the Skills and knowledge Coach Trevor has acquired over the years, he will work hard and diligently to help you grow mentally and physically. This will be a tough, but fun journey and he is looking forward to getting to work with you.

We offer Personal Training, Semi-Personal Training (1–4 individuals, 45-minute sessions), and Boot Camp workouts designed to meet you where you are and help you Rise Over Challenging Circumstances.
SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING
Our Semi-Personal Training is designed for 1–4 individuals and features a 45-minute workout led by a coach. You’ll receive personalized guidance, accountability, and a supportive small-group environment focused on building strength, improving form, and increasing confidence, without the cost of one-on-one training.
QUICK BURN BOOT CAMP
This is our signature class, short, powerful, and effective.
Designed for busy individuals who want maximum results in minimum time, Quick Burn uses a mix of strength training, conditioning, and functional movement to help you:
